The W+ Conference is open to cis-women, trans men and women, and non-binary folks. It is made up of three subdivisions: Mousseau, Marvell, and Green-Batten.

The teams are sorted into each division by relative skill level with more competitive teams playing in Mousseau and more recreational teams playing in Green-Batten.
