About the 2025 Tournament
 

Our Gotham 2025 tournament will be held on Columbus Day/Indigenous People's Day weekend.

We are anticipating Day 1 Pool Play at Central Park's North Meadow.  Day 2's tournament will be at Randall's Island Sunken Meadow.  We will know more about our venues once NYC Parks opens fall permitting of fields.

Refund Schedule
Due to a 92% increase in the cost of fields, which must be paid prior to Septebmer 1, we will be implementing a fee refund schedule.

• 100% refund; cancel by September 1
• 50% refund; cancel by September 30
• No refunds after September 30

Entry Fee

$575 - While we understand this is a higher cost than years past, NYC Parks has increased the hourly rate of field permits by 92%. 
A payment plan will be available with a $100.00 + Processing Fee deposit.

3 Pool Play (minimum) followed by a double-elimination Tournament

Central Park North Meadow (Saturday)

North Meadow is at the northern end of Central Park and a beautiful venue for softball!  All pool play is at Central Park North Meadow.

• North Meadow is accessible via the 103rd St station on the (C) train (enter at W 100th St) or via 96 St station on the (6) train (enter at E 102nd St). 

Randall's Island Sunken Meadow (Sunday)

We will be at the Sunken Meadows Complex for Gotham on Randall's Island for Sunday's tournaments. 

Randall's Island is best accessed by ride-share.  You can enter 35 Central Road, New York, NY to be dropped off on the perimeter of Sunken Meadow. 

If you elect for mass transit, the M35 bus departs from E 125th St & Lexington Ave (here) every 20 minutes.  To get to E 125th St & Lexington Ave, take the (4) (5) or (6) to 125th St and you will be on that corner.  Otherwise, take the (1) (2) (3) (A) (C) (D) trains to 125th St and take the M101 (towards the Lower East Side), M125 (towards The Hub in the Bronx), or M60-SBS (towards La Guardia Airport) buses and get off at Lexington Avenue.
